For samples or trial orders in which we may have stock material or ready stock, the lead time is within 7 working days.
For container orders or mass production, the lead time is 15-35 working days after receiving your deposit payment.
If our lead times do not work with your deadline, please go over your requirements with our sales guy. In any case, we will try to accommodate your needs and in most cases, we are able to do so.

All attachments manufactured by Origin Machinery to be free from defects in steel material and workmanship under normal use for a period of 2000 hours of service during a one-year period from the date of shipment, whichever comes first.

The most regular payment term is T/T 30% deposit in advance to start production and the 70% balance to release the shipment.

Yes, we always use high quality export packaging, they are strong and robust enough to protect your goods from damage. In case goods damage happened please send us photos and videos to us as soon as you received the goods.
