On June 6th, a magnificent and unprecedented industry event was held in China's largest intelligent manufacturing base for mining equipment. XCMG's super open-pit mining equipment 35m³electric shovel rolled off the production line, 700 tons of hydraulic excavators and 440 mining trucks were delivered. "Three arrows fired together" at the departure ceremony, presenting a top-level feast. The leaders of XCMG together with nearly 400 people including experts and scholars of the association, customer representatives of large open-pit mines in China, and industry alliance partners witnessed the event together.
The successful launch of XCMG's new generation electric shovel XES35 marks that XCMG has independently mastered the core technology of large-scale electric shovels, successfully ranked among the world's top 4 large-scale electric shovel manufacturers, and stepped onto a new level. XCMG's 35m³ electric shovel once again broke the market monopoly and went offline with glory.
The XES35 electric shovel is another masterpiece of XCMG to meet the large-scale, green and intelligent needs of mining equipment in global mines. It has a weight of about 1,100 tons and a height of 18.5 meters, which is equivalent to the height of a six-story building. It is equipped with a bucket capacity as standard 35m³, about 65 tons of ore per bucket, mainly used together with 220-300 tons mining dump trucks, suitable for stripping and mining operations of large open-pit coal mines, iron ore, and non-ferrous metal mines with an annual output of more than 10 million tons. It has the advantages of high level of intelligence, high degree of greening, high reliability, high comfortableness, and low comprehensive use cost.
At the same time, another 2 units of "Shenzhou No. 1 Excavators-XE7000" were officially delivered today, and the world's largest rear-drive rigid mining truck delivered to South America, which fully reflects the high trust which XCMG received from the global mining market.
The first 700tons excavator was offline in 2018, since then China became the 4th country after Germany, Japan, and the United States to be able to manufacture hydraulic excavators over 700tons. It is a milestone in the development history of China’s open-pit mining equipment. After 15,000 hours of reliability tests, it became the "master equipment" of the Heidaigou Coal Mine in Inner Mongolia, and was unanimously recognized by the leaders of the mining area. It is this kind of performance that exceeds the customer's expectations that makes this official delivery of another 2 units of 700-ton hydraulic excavators happened again.
XDE440, the world’s largest rear-drive AC drive dump truck has successfully delivered to South America.
It has a load capacity of 400 tons, an annual start-up time of over 7,300 hours, and an availability rate of 95%, meeting the highest industry standards in global high-end mining markets such as South America, North America, and Australia. This equipment made independent breakthroughs, it has developed internationally leading key core technologies such as intelligent frequency conversion traction, high-torque hub drive, cab rollover protection, and anti-fatigue design of large-scale load-bearing components, and has more than 60 independent intellectual property rights. A heavy weapon indeed!
