The use of hydraulic hoses of excavators should follow the standard working pressure values marked by the parameters of the whole machine. Install the hose in a correct way is very important, it will affect the hose’s appearance and cost a lot while it too long. But if the hose is too short, it cannot flex while being crushed. Both too long and too short can break down the hose. So pay more attention to the following guide before you install the assembly.
Storage Requirements
1. Whenever possible, the storage temperature should be between 0-35 degrees Celsius, and the maximum temperature of the product during storage should not exceed 50 degrees Celsius.
2. Devices that can generate ozone, such as mercury vapor lamps, high-voltage electrical devices, electric motors, or other devices that can generate sparks or discharges, shall not be parked in the storage area.
3. Can not be placed with corrosive products or exposed to the volatile gases of these products.
4. It should be kept away from heat sources and equipment that can generate electric and magnetic fields.
5. Avoid direct sunlight or strong artificial light sources.
6. Avoid contact with sharp objects or the ground
7. It should be placed flat, and the stack should not be very high.
8. It should be guaranteed to be free from rodents.
9. Follow the first-in, first-out principle when storing.
APPLICATIONS
Hydraulic hoses are like human blood vessels. With the increase of excavator use time, hydraulic hoses are easy to deteriorate under the action of high temperature and high pressure for a long time. Especially when the machine works in summer, the deteriorated hydraulic hose will spray mist hydraulic oil due to cracking or bursting. In addition, the outdoor temperature and the temperature of the exhaust pipe of the machine engine are high, and the mist hydraulic oil is sprayed into the engine exhaust. High-temperature parts such as trachea can easily burn and cause a fire in the machine, resulting in huge economic losses. The quality of the hydraulic hose depends on the material of the hose and the pipe joint. If the pipe is not cleaned strictly, impurities will remain in the hose, which will easily contaminate the hydraulic system after installation, and the cleaning of the hydraulic system will cost a lot of money.
